EXCURSION PROGRAMM

Day 1: CHALKIDA - BANSKO Meeting the night before on 22/12 and departure. Bastion with intermediate stops in Lamia and Korinos. Arrival at the border. Passage after the necessary identity check and continuation for the straits of Kresna. In Simitli we will leave the highway to cover the last 42 km in the valley of the river Eloviko. We will reach 950 meters altitude on the beautiful plateau of Razlog in the morning. Arrival in Bansko and we head to the hotels to settle in the rooms (check-in in most hotels is after 14:00). Free time for rest, relaxation and wellness in the hotel SPAs or for a first visit to the ski resort by cable car from the Gondola. In the evening we recommend a first walk in the night hangouts of Bansko.

Day 2: SOFIA (OPTIONAL EXCURSION) Breakfast followed by the optional full-day excursion to Sofia. Departure early in the morning at 09:00 (appointment of participants at reception). Arrival, panoramic and walking tour by a Greek-speaking local guide. Among others we will see the Alexander Nevski Cathedral, the Byzantine church of Agia Irini, the church of St. Nicholas, the Parliament, the Opera House, the Archaeological Museum, the flea market with old objects and antiques, the Russian church, the old palaces and today's art gallery, the monument of Russian soldiers, the old University, the Eagle Bridge and others walking throughout the historical center of Sofia and seeing up close all the historical monuments of the city. Then free time for your purchases in the shops in the center. In the afternoon at 17:00 departure for Bansko. Arrival in Bansko. Register with the leader by 23/12 in the afternoon.

Day 3: SKI RESORT – OLD TOWN – THERMAL BATHS Banya Awakening, breakfast and today we can enjoy the ski resort which is the most modern and equipped ski resort in the Balkans. Even those who do not plan to do winter sports, it is worth a walk in the mountains to enjoy a hot drink in the wonderful chalets.Later wander around the picturesque alleys of the village with the traditional shops with local products. It is definitely a walk that you will enjoy. In the afternoon we will visit with those who wish the nearby village of Banya, where there are thermal baths in the hotel Villa Victoria with modern open heated pool and spa facilities (Jacuzzi, hamam and spa treatments).Villa Victoria has a chalet type lobby with fireplace where you can enjoy hot drinks overlooking the pool.In the evening we prepared the festive Gala Dinner. Do you declare participations to the leaders of the excursion?

Day 4: BANSKO - CHALKIDA Wake up, breakfast and at 09:00 we check out (after checking the rooms, charges etc.) departure for the return trip. After the necessary stops on the road at the border in Korinos and Lamia we will arrive in Athens at night.

FREE DAY – SKI RESORT

In case you do not want to follow any of the optional excursions you can visit the ski resort after breakfast. You can climb up from the Gondola (starting point) ticket 28 lev (students 25). To rent skis, contact the leader of the excursion. You are free to stay at the hotel for relaxation in the spa center with many relaxation and wellness options (swimming in the heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, massage etc.).

*The tourist services that will be provided to you, as well as the relevant costs, are detailed in the Package Travel Contract. In case your physical presence is not possible (reservation by phone, email, etc.) you will receive the Contract by email (in this case you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date it was sent to your e-mail, taking into account the relevant cancellation fees referred to in Article 11

* Prices in case of fuel increases, ferry tickets, accommodation costs, etc. will be configured according to timely information.
* We kindly ask you to arrive on time at the embarkation points (30 minutes earlier) so that there are no delays
* Observe boarding and gathering times for the proper operation of the program
*In case of nontimely arrival at the embarkation points, the bus will depart without the office being responsible, and the money will not be refunded

Payment Policy To confirm the reservation you need: - Bookings up to 6 days in advance a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours from the day of booking - Reservations less than 5 days require immediate payment - Reservations without timely payment will be considered void - For a valid deposit, the name and destination must be indicated as a reason. -Expenses from another bank are borne by the depositor.

Cancellation Policy - Possibility of refund for cancellations up to 7 days before the excursion. -After this date the money is NOT refunded, NOT transferred to another excursion.
