Personal data we process

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one whose identity can be established, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical person, the physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

The personal data we process on our website are:
- in the Newsletter Subscription Form: your email address and the time of your subscription

- in the Contact - Expression of Interest Form: name, email, phone number, message. The form is stored in our system as you submitted it with the time of submission and your IP internet address.

- We collect your personal information (name, address, phone number, email), always with your written consent, when you visit our store.

- in our store by completing the contact form and your written consent: for reasons of safer and more effective provision of our services in the context of our cooperation, in the context of compliance with tax legislation, but also in order to inform you about our services, future offers, news and events, through informative emails, by phone and sms.

What are your rights?

- be informed by us about the purposes of processing: (paragraph entitled "For what purposes we process your personal data")
- be informed by us about the categories of your personal data: your data on our website is simply personal data (paragraph "Personal data we process") and does not include sensitive personal data (e. g. ethnicity, race, religion, trade unionism, biometric, genetic or medical data), sensitive personal data may only be processed in the context of the service we provide to you during your visit to our site.

- ask us to erase: you have the right to "forgetting" and at any time you can ask us to erase all the personal data you have entered

- ask us to limit processing: you can for example ask us to receive email newsletters instead of one every month, one email every two or three months, etc. , except where you have commissioned a task and the law specifies the required data collection
- object to their processing: you can contact us, e. g. by phone or email or through other communication channels (communication policy), requesting that your personal data not be stored - processed

- take back your consent: in this case you will simply not receive informative emails and sms. We include an unsubscribe link in each of our emails to you, which you can use if you do not wish to receive such emails from us in the future. - be informed by us of the existence of automated decision-making: your personal data is not subject to an automated decision-making system (this is done on human resources websites by pre-screening your colour, ethnicity, origin, age, disease history, etc. or in some companies' systems for monitoring job performance and correlating it with sensitive data)

- to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: it is our intention to satisfy your legal rights immediately, if any of your requests are not satisfied within one month, we will inform you if we need an additional extension of one more month or inform you of the reasons why we are unable to satisfy your request, in which case you decide whether you want to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority:

What mechanisms are in place to protect personal data?

The security of the processing carried out is maintained at a high level by applying encryption methods, and graduation of access rights to users of our systems. All web traffic (file transfer) between this website https://lptravel-services.com and your browser is encrypted and transferred via the HTTPS protocol using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

Our special obligations

In the event that a breach of privacy of communications occurs, which involves the possibility that personal data may have been disclosed, then within 72 hours from the identification of the incident we notify the competent supervisory authority and the individuals to whom the personal data belong.

Since we do not employ more than 250 employees in our business, we perform occasional processing of personal data, we do not process sensitive personal data and we do not process criminal data, therefore we are not required to keep a record of personal data processing activities.

Risk assessment from the management of personal data

The word hazard is used in modern ISO standards to "quantify" the probability of occurrence and the severity of the effects of a hazard. The risk in our case is the breach of the confidentiality of personal data, i. e. their disclosure, and the seriousness of the impact on the natural persons to whom the data belong.

Given that the number of individuals and their personal data that we process on our website is much smaller than, say, an e-shop type website and with the security mechanisms we have in place, we consider the risk to be negligible.
