Excursion Program:

Day 1: Chalkida – Volos Starting in the morning from Chalkida and after making the necessary intermediate stops we will reach the most famous neighborhood of Volos, Nea Ionia. There we will stroll through its narrow streets and visit its famous tsipouradika. We depart to reach the beautiful and enchanting Volos, one of the most beautiful cities in Greece, which manages to combine fantastically the mountain with the sea. Arrangement at our hotel on the coastal road. In the afternoon we recommend a walk in Pinocchio's Christmas Park located in University Square and has been transformed into a microcosm of the adventures of Disney's Fictional Hero. Day 2: Portaria – Makrinitsa (Makrynitsa) Our first stop for today is Makrinitsa (Makrynitsa), the balcony of Pelion, after passing by Portaria, a remarkable holiday center located at an altitude of 600 m. Arriving at the preserved traditional settlement of Makrinitsa we will walk on the paved cobbled path to the central square with the perennial plane trees and the marble fountain with the crystal clear "Immortal water" with the lion-like hydrants. There we will enjoy our coffee gazing at the panoramic view of Volos and the Pagasetic Gulf. In this square there is also the church of Agios Ioannis Prodromos of the 19th century, as well as the famous traditional café "Theophilos" with the fresco of the Lesvian folk painter Theophilos Hadjimichael. We return to Portaria Village for lunch (optional) and shopping from the local shops. Return to our hotel. In the evening you are free to explore one of the beautiful tsipouradika of Volos.

Day 3: Mill of the Elves – Chalkida Starting our day early in the morning and after enjoying our breakfast we will take the road to the beautiful city of Trikala and the "Enchanting Mill of the Elves" which for another year is ready to welcome young and old. Food for those who wish can enjoy in the city of Trikala, since for those who have not been, Trikala offers numerous shops, taverns, restaurants and cafes, and everything will be next to us! In the afternoon we will take the way back making our intermediate stops and after arriving in Chalkida in the evening, we will be full and richer with beautiful images !!
